Punjammie Slumber Party! Featuring the International Princess Project

Looking for a great girls night idea, for an even better cause?  Look no farther!  International Princess Project has you covered..literally and figuratively.
We were honored to be asked to be part of International Princess Project’s slumber party campaign!  When parties, line up with adorable clothes, and causes we believe in…you are speaking our language on every level.
International Princess Project employs women rescued out of the sex trade in India, teaches them how to sew, and gives them a way to support themselves and rebuild a new life with hope.
According to their website: In India, the average age of a girl entering the sex trade is eleven.  A majority of those girls are kidnapped or lured into it with false promises of a job that would provide money for their family.  The estimated 20% that enter willingly, do so because of extreme poverty.  200 women and girls in India enter the trade each day.
The proceeds from your purchase of Punjammies go directly back into the organization to teach and empower these women to create a life they can be proud of…and that is something to celebrate.
The wonderful ladies at International Princess Project sent us these beautiful (and so comfortable) Punjammies, LVX nail polish, and 2 yummy Prosperity Candles. We have three new favorite companies as a result!
Just add some much needed sister time, and we had a spa slumber party that we could be proud of.
LVX is a cruelty free, and vegan nail polish line!  They are devoted to providing you with top quality, socially responsible and vegan-friendly luxury products without compromising quality, durability and finish.
We loved the polish, and getting to play salon in the comfort of our Punjammies.
Prosperity Candle began in Baghdad, working with women survivors of war to create handpoured pillar candles. Today, Prosperity Candle works with resettled women refugees in western Massachusetts. The mission remains the same: every Prosperity candle is artfully handpoured by a woman earning a living wage.
We even made a Brown Sugar Lip Scrub, just to add to the spa night.  Tutorial here.

We can’t thank International Princess Project enough for inviting us to share this cause, and these amazing products with you.  If everything we bought did a little bit of good, how different this world could be.
