“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
Our wounds are our story. They change us. Teach us. Make us stronger. Give us compassion. Make us human. They add to our character if we let them, own them, forgive them, use them. On the eve of this holiday where there is so much pressure to love and be loved, I just wanted to tell you, you are so worth loving.
No matter what you’ve gone through. No matter where you’ve been. No matter the size of your wounds, or how many. You are worth it. You are worth loving. You are beautiful, and special, and singular. You are loved, and you matter more than you know.
So, just incase no one else happens to be around right now to say it, let me. Give me the great honor of reminding you that you are so worth loving. Loving well. Loving completely.
Your story is beautiful because it’s yours, and you are so worth loving.

The manifesto of So Worth Loving…
Our manifesto. Why we exist. Your reminder.
No matter my history, past mistakes, relationship status, or career choice, I am worthy of love. I am not defined by my past. I am prepared because of it. While my own voice and others may tell me different, I will lean into the safe people that affirm this way of thinking. When I encourage others to love themselves I am encouraging them to treat themselves with kindness, patience, respect, and all that embodies love.
We live our life knowing we have worth.
So Worth Loving. It’s a lifestyle.
